The coworking space industry will likely grow quickly over this decade: the number of freelancers are increasing quickly, the number of people who permanently work remotely has already increased by factors, and companies are canceling their office leases.

That means the future holds 1) more independent earners 2) working remotely 3) as the cost of office space collapses. It’s the perfect setup for the growth of the coworking space.
