Sep 27, 2024: Honda Releases Annual Report With DEI Goals
Honda released its “Annual Honda Report” in September. On page 79, it lists specific goals and initiatives around diversity and inclusion. See below.

Nov 26, 2024: Honda Releases Annual Inclusion and Diversity Report
In November, Honda released its 2024 Inclusion & Diversity Report titled “We’re All In: Let’s Bring the Future Together.”

Dec 30, 2024: Honda Updates “Overseas Diversity Initiatives” Page
According to Google, Honda made an update to its “Overseas Diversities Initiatives” web page at the end of December. It says on the page:
“In North America, Honda has been committed to practicing Honda’s philosophy of ‘Respect for the Individual’ through enhanced diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. Honda believes that activities to promote an inclusive environment that embraces people of different backgrounds, genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and abilities can create value for its customers and communities.”
