Aldi USA Deleted 6 DEI Pages: Here’s What They Said
Aldi USA deleted 6 DEI-related web pages sometime in late January.
The page that used to sit at the URL “careers.aldi.us/diversity-equity-inclusion” and was titled “ALDInclusive” now shows a 404 error (page not found). HR Brew first reported the news.

What did Aldi remove from its website?
Here are the website changes that Aldi USA made around DEI in late January 2025.
- Deleted its main diversity, equity, and inclusion web page: careers.aldi.us/diversity-equity-inclusion
- Removed and redirected another DEI web page to its Purpose & Values page: careers.aldi.us/dei
- Deleted a page dedicated to veteran employees: careers.aldi.us/aldi-military-videos
- Deleted a page dedicated to female employees: careers.aldi.us/women-who-excel-videos
- Deleted a monthly spotlight page: careers.aldi.us/monthly-dei-spotlight
- Removed a section of DEI awards from its main awards page:
