FedEx Scrubs DEI From Its Website
FedEx has quietly taken down its main DEI pages, aligning with a broader trend of companies scaling back diversity initiatives.
What is the state of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at FedEx? Here’s everything you need to know.
FedEx’s DEI Web Page Removals
FedEx took down at least five key DEI web pages some time in February or March 2025.
When you Google Fedex’s DEI policy, you’ll see multiple web pages that redirect to more generic pages.
Here are the pages that have been taken down:
- Fedex.com DEI page: fedex.com/en-us/about/diversity-inclusion.html (redirects)
- Fedex.com diverse supplier page: fedex.com/en-us/about/diversity-inclusion/supplier-program.html
- Fedexcares.com DEI page: fedexcares.com/diversity-equity-and-inclusion (redirects)
- Fedexcares.com DEI report: fedexcares.com/sites/default/files/2020-10/2019%20DIVERSITY%20REPORT%20NF_0.pdf (404 error)
- Fedexcares.com news story: fedexcares.com/stories/engaging-people-communities/fedex-and-point-foundation-join-support-lgbtq-students (404 error)
These five pages are all gone from the website (and there could be more). Essentially, FedEx did a round of website cleaning for the term “DEI.”
