In mid-March 2025, Kohl’s removed multiple DEI web pages and set up a new one called “Inclusion & Belonging.” Michelle Banks released a statement about the updates.
The Head Of DEI At Kohl’s Changes Her Title On LinkedIn
Michelle Banks changed her title to “Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer.” On LinkedIn, it says that has been her title since 2021. However, the Wayback Machine shows her title was “Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer” as recently as February 2025.
