- Close to the river, right on the other side of the I-35 from downtown
- Parking: Free street parking and included parking lot across the street
- Staff: Protective of members, not overly friendly (but gets the job done)
- Hours: 24/7 key-less access to members
- Community: Hosts about 10 small companies now (predominantly real estate startups) with a few open dedicated offices
- Events: Offers catered lunch every Tuesday and happy hours on Thursdays
Who It’s For
Rise is ideal for a small team (likely a startup) of 2-6 people, preferably in the real estate space.
If you and your team want a nice office space and a community, but can’t afford a dedicated space, take a look at Rise. I would say it’s the best small space for small teams in the city.
Most Similar In Austin: Industrious
- The people who built Rise used to be members at Industrious, then decided to open their own
- Both are good for small teams with a focus on private offices
- Industrious is much bigger and does offer coworking, though
Community & Vibe
Rise hosts about 10 companies that are predominantly real estate startups. They each have a dedicated office suite around a nice common area and kitchen.
In the back half of the office space is Easy Street Capital, the owner and operator of the office space.
I get the impression that a lot of these companies work together and help each other out since they’re all in real estate. It’s a great spot for small real estate startups looking for networking and community.
