My Review Of Industrious On San Jacinto

I visited Industrious on Friday, October 6, 2023 @ 3:30 pm.

Industrious has a beautifully designed space, primarily featuring private offices with some open coworking areas. It’s situated in a secure, corporate office park, which adds to its professional ambiance.

A standout feature is the gym on the first floor, accessible to all members.

I ranked Industrious as the third-best coworking space in Austin.

  • Address: 98 San Jacinto Blvd 4th floor, Austin, TX 78701
  • Website: Industrious
  • Location: Downtown Austin
    • Overlooks the river
    • About a block from the South Congress Bridge
  • Parking: Paid garage parking (I’m not sure of the cost), limited street parking
  • Space Details: Occupies the 4th floor of a nice building/office park
  • Occupancy: 90-100% membership occupancy (it was pretty quiet/empty the day I was there)
  • Spaces: Includes a main lobby with tables, six phone rooms, two phone booths, two cafe booths, and an additional area for coworking
  • Conference Rooms: Equipped with three conference rooms for 5-8 people and two larger rooms for 15-20
  • Main Perk: Access to a gym on the first floor

Industrious Coworking Space

Best suited for small teams rather than individuals, given the layout favoring private offices.
The environment is more inclined toward those looking for a professional workspace with nice office amenities (cafe, gym, view).
