How the employee productivity calculator works

Productivity Per Hour

  1. Total output: Enter the total number of units completed, revenue generated, or another measurable output for the time period you’re analyzing.
  2. Total hours worked: Input the total number of work hours across all employees involved during that time period.
  3. Hit “Calculate” to view the productivity rate per hour.

Productivity Per Project

  1. Total projects completed: Enter how many projects were finished during your selected time frame.
  2. Total employees involved: Input the number of employees who worked on those projects.
  3. Average hours per employee per project: Estimate the average time each employee spent on a single project.
