What Is An Employee Availability Form Template?
This employee availability form allows for workers to submit the days and times they are willing and able to work for the upcoming week. Print out the blank version of the template as a PDF to fill in the schedule by hand and post it at work, or customize it in Canva or Google Docs. Definitions For This Availability Template
At the top of this post, we provided seven pieces of information about the schedule availability template. This is how we define each of those terms:
