The company also noted it is “continuously evolving its ways of working and physical footprint” as it prepares for growth and office expansion.

Fidelity’s RTO Timeline

Fidelity has gradually increased office expectations:

• Pre-2020: ~1 week per month in-office
• Sept 2024: Hybrid model (2 weeks in-office per month)
• April 2026: Announces full-time return
• September 2026: Policy takes effect

This represents a multi-year ramp-up from flexible hybrid to full-time office work.
